The updated COVID - 19 guidelines for international travelers to India

The new Covid-19 guidelines will be in order from 20th July 2023 and no longer involve RT-PCR-based testing of a random 2% subset of international travelers to India.
All travelers must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 as per the schedule of their country.
During travel, in-flight announcements on precautionary measures to be made and isolation of symptomatic passengers as per standard protocol to remain.
On arrival, physical distancing and thermal scanning are to be followed for all passengers.
All travelers should self-monitor their health post arrival; report to their nearest health facility or call the National Helpline number (1075)/ State Helpline Number in case they have any symptoms suggestive of COVID-19.
