Delivery

  • Deliveries are made all week except national holidays through third party service providers appointed by Publichealthchronicle. We try our best to ensure that you receive your product within 10-12 days of order placement and payment confirmation, however, if you do not receive your package within the specified time, you are requested to contact our customer service with the order reference number of the corresponding order.

  • When you sign for the delivered product, our responsibility towards the order ends there and the ownership of the product passes on to you. We will not be liable for any loss, damage, or breakage that takes place after the completion of delivery.

  • If you are not present at the time of delivery, Publichealthchronicle will assume that any adult at the provided address has been authorized to accept the orders on your behalf. In case that this isn’t possible or there is no one present at the time of delivery, we will not deliver the product and contact you to set up an alternate delivery time.

Returns

  1. If I receive a faulty/damaged packaged product from Public Health Chronicle, what should I do in that case?

    • Extensive quality checks are done during the packaging and shipping process for our customers. In any case, if anything improper is found with the delivered products by Public Health Chronicle you can contact our customer service and they will be more than happy to assist you reach a resolution.

Indian Customers:

  • If any product shipped to you is in faulty/damaged condition, you are asked by us to e-mail the images of the faulty/damaged packet, as soon as you open the packet. Once we receive the damaged packet, we will ship a duplicate order to you. In case the required product is out of stock, a full refund will be initiated.

  1. If I have to return the product ordered from Public Health Chronicle, how can I do that?

    • For Indian editions:

Anyways if the product(s) purchased is no more required by you, you can write to us in that regard on “publichealthchronicle@gmail.com” or WhatsApp to +91 9540844943 within 48 hours (2 days) of obtaining purchased order. You can also return the shipment, if unopened, for a repayment or gift voucher for the same amount. However, in such condition, we regret to inform that we would not be able to compensate for the shipping charges spend by you.
