New CEO appointed for NITI AAYOG

A 1987-batch IAS officer of the Chhattisgarh cadre, Shri. BVR Subrahmanyam belongs to Andhra Pradesh and holds an engineering degree has been appointed as the new CEO of NITI AAYOG.
Shri. Subrahmanyam replaced Shri. Parameswaran Iyer, who has been made the Executive Director of the World Bank.
