● Union Housing and Urban Affairs Minister for state has pointed out that 3.06% water samples were found unsatisfactory in Delhi of the 1.81 lakhs sample tested. 

● A written response to the query of MP Manoj Tiwari highlights the fact that the Delhi Jal Board is the sole authority entrusted with the issues of water and it’s supply in Delhi. 

● The Delhi Jal Board stated that this result has been categorised as ‘intermediate category and remedial actions of low priority’ by WHO.

 ● The DJB has also reinforced the quality check of domestic water, plants and laboratories regularly.
