Adoption Awareness Month is celebrated in November to highlight the importance of providing children with loving homes through legal adoption.

CARA oversees ethical adoptions and facilitates the process via the CARINGS portal, ensuring transparency and efficiency.

The portal offers automated child-parent matching, tracks adoption status, and supports special needs and foster care adoptions.
